Consulting

Occupation#l Qualifications/Learnerships


We offer our customers a wide range of learning programs that are
occupationally based and when completed will constitute credits towards
qualifications, registered in terms of the National Qualifications Framework
A learnership is a work-based learning programme directly related to an
occupation or field work that leads to an accredited NQF qualification

Skills Programmes


Qualifications are sub-divided into modules and learners may choose to do
each module separately as a loose standing credit bearing skills program

Short Courses

  • Non-credit bearing programs that are based on training needs obtained across industries.
  • Short course provisioning is seen as a necessary and flexible tool to support the Human Resource Development (HRDS) and National Skills
    Development Strategies (NSDS).
  • Short courses are a great way to acquire new skills or to enhance (or refresh) your existing skills.

Skills Development Facilitation Services

    • Assist you with the development of a Workplace skills plan. (WSP) and a Professional Vocational Technical , Academic Training (PIVOTAL) Plan.
    • Submit the Workplace Skills Plan to the relevant SETA.
    • Follow up and ensure that you receive the correct refunds.
    • Establish and assist with Skills Development Committees (if any), quarterly.
    • Advise on the implementation of the relevant Skills Plan.
    • Assist with Discretionary Grants and other Grants/Projects offered by the Seta.
    • Assist with the drafting of an Annual Training Report (ATR) and submit the plan to the SETA.
    • Advise on the quality assurance requirements ,s set by the relevant SETA for the PIVOTAL tranche payments by the SETA.
    • Serve as a contact person between the employer and the relevant SETA.
    • Serve as a resource with regard to all aspects of Skills Development.
    • Liaise with the relevant governmental department and/or organization to facilitate the Client refund, if any.
    • Assist at Quarterly Training Committee Meetings, if any.

Employment Equity Management


1. Conducting a workplace analysis.
1.1 Coordination of the process:

  • To complete EEA1 forms by all employees
  • necessary to establish an Employment Equity Forum/Committee
  • to appoint an Employment Equity Manager
  • Appointment of the Employment Equity Manager and Forum/Committee members.
  • Training of the Employment Equity Forum/Committee members.

1.2 Development of:

  • an Employment Equity policy and constitution
  • the Employment Equity Plan as required by the Act
  • Numerical goals and recommendations in line with legislative requirements
  • The EEA2 (Employment Equity Report)
  • The EEA4 (Income Differentials)

1.3 Online submission of the reports to the Department of Labour and attend
(2) Consultation/meetings with the Employment Equity Forum/Committee.
